  We open the marketplace for new partners and check all requests personally and in detail. Why? We would like to observe the technical aspects in order to be able to make optimisations. After a successful check we will receive an invitation link to connect to Eazzy Marketplace.
• What requirements do I need to meet to be able to sell on Eazzy Marketplace?
  You have a German or EU VAT ID, act as a seller to end customers, offer a German-speaking customer service and ship from an EU warehouse.
• Which products may I offer?
  Currently you are allowed to offer goods from the following assortments: Furnishing & Living: Kitchen & household goods, lamps & lighting, furniture, home accessories & decoration, home textiles (including mattresses) Fashion & Lifestyle: accessories, beauty, clothing, eroticism, suitcases & bags, jewellery, shoes, watches Technology & Media: office supplies, electronics, home electronics, media, software, technology accessories Sports & Leisure: Baby accessories, Handicrafts & school supplies, Musical instruments, Toys, Sports equipment & outdoor, Bicycles & accessories Garden & DIY: DIY store, garden, pet supplies You can find a detailed list of which product groups from the above product ranges you can already offer on Eazzy Marketplace and which are not yet available for sale in our product range overview.
• What fees or commissions will be charged if I want to sell on Eazzy Marketplace?
  You pay a basic monthly fee that covers all costs. In addition, a commission is payable on every successfully sold item that is not returned by the customer.
• What marketing options are available to me?
  There will be various marketing services available in the future. You will have the opportunity to connect with Influenzer Shops and thus create an additional sales channel. Display advertising and sponsored product ads can also be used. Display advertising is integrated into external portals, so that our partners have potential for new customers. You can book high-reach influencer advertising campaigns in the unique Eazzy Marketplace Shop to social media shop at any time. This can be done easily with just a few clicks in self-service. Placing Sponsored Product Ads on Eazzy Marketplace increases your own visibility and thus the sale of your products - and the target group will find them much faster than the competition.
• Does Eazzy Marketplace offer protection against online fraud?
  Yes, your customers have all undergone a credit check.
• What payment methods are available to my customers?
  The payment methods available are purchase by direct debit, credit card, Easy Token and other crypto currencies.
• Which products may I not offer?
  Prohibited are sandblasting of textiles, the use of Uzbek cotton and the sale of real fur. We also have special requirements for goods with leather & furs, feathers & down, wool as well as tropical wood and endangered species. 3. Purposes of the data processing

3.1 Retrieval of our websites/log files

Each time access is made to websites/applications, information is sent by the respective internet browser on your respective end device to the server of our website/application, and temporarily stored in log data files, the so-called log files. The data sets stored in this way contain the following data which are stored up until automatic erasure: date and time of the retrieval, name of the site retrieved, referrer URL (source URL, from which you arrived at our websites), the data quantity transferred, loading time, and the product and version information of each browser used as well as the name of your access provider.

The legal basis for the processing of the IP address is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in

guaranteeing that connections are established smoothly,

guaranteeing that our website/application is easy to use,

evaluating system security and stability.

No immediate inference as to your identity is possible by means of the information; nor do we draw any such inference.

The data are stored and automatically erased after the aforementioned purposes have been achieved. The standard periods for erasure are determined by the criterion of necessity.

In order to provide you with the greatest possible convenience, we offer the long-term storage of your personal data in a password-protected user account.

Setting up a user account is entirely voluntary. After your user account is set up, no new data need be entered. What is more, you can view and change any data stored regarding you in your user account at any time.

Please treat your personal access data confidentially and, in particular, please do not make the data accessible to any unauthorized third parties. Please note that you will automatically remain logged in after you leave our website, unless you logout actively. Your data will be automatically erased after the expiration of the retention duties applicable to us under commercial and tax law. On our websites/applications, we offer you the option of subscribing to our newsletter. In order to be sure that no error has been made when you entered your email address, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure (DOI Procedure): after you have entered your email address in the register field, we send you a confirmation link to the address provided. Only after you click the confirmation link will your email address be included in our newsletter distribution list. The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

3.1 Abruf unserer Websites/Log-Dateien

Bei jedem Zugriff auf Websites/Anwendungen werden vom jeweiligen Internet-Browser auf Ihrem jeweiligen Endgerät Informationen an den Server unserer Website/Anwendung gesendet und in Protokolldateien, den sogenannten Logfiles, zwischengespeichert. 3.1 Retrieval of our websites/log files

Each time access is made to websites/applications, information is sent by the respective internet browser on your respective end device to the server of our website/application, and temporarily stored in log data files, the so-called log files. The data sets stored in this way contain the following data which are stored up until automatic erasure: date and time of the retrieval, name of the site retrieved, referrer URL (source URL, from which you arrived at our websites), the data quantity transferred, loading time, and the product and version information of each browser used as well as the name of your access provider.
